Duke XCAT phantoms for verification

Scientists at Vinaver Medical use the XCAT program developed at the Center for Virtual Imaging Trials to produce patient-diverse anatomy for validation of TissueXplorer® software training. XCAT produces highly detailed male and female anatomies for subjects that are 50th percentile in terms of height/weight and organ volumes. It contains thousands of defined structures to the tiniest body vessels. It efficiently emulates breathing motion, cardiac cycles, and organ movements.
